Tarpon River Dental – Now Open!

Tarpon River Dental was a long time coming, but I’m excited to announce that we are finally open. To get you ready for your appointment I’ll walk you through what to expect when you come in for your first visit. You may have chosen to schedule your appointment online, or you might have called us directly, either way, we’ll send you a text or email to remind you and confirm your upcoming appointment. We’ll also send you a secure link to fill out your new patient forms at home. Feel free to text us back, those messages go to a human being, not a bot.

When you enter our office, help yourself to a beverage and sit down to relax. If you didn’t get a chance to do your forms ahead of time, we’ll get you an iPad to get those forms out of the way. Once in the exam room, let the assistant or myself know what music you want to listen to during your appointment, or none if you prefer that.

We’ll start with digital x-rays, that expose you to less radiation than conventional x-rays. Then an exam where we’ll talk about your concerns and my findings. I’ll show you all the areas I’m concerned about with my intra-oral camera so you can see what I’m talking to you about and I’ll also show you on your x-rays. Last but not least your cleaning, for that smooth, just left the dentist feel.

If you don’t need a cleaning or a full exam and are just coming in for a specific issue then don’t worry, we can focus on just the problem that you’re worried about. In that case I’ll examine you first and we’ll talk about treatment options. While you’re here we can talk about whitening or Invisalign if you are interested.

When your visit is done you’ll get a goodie bag for your pearly whites and I’ll walk you to the front and we’ll get you checked out. Thanks for choosing Tarpon River Dental for all you oral health needs and we’ll see you soon!
