Dr. Mariel Petruk is a Fort Lauderdale resident and is thrilled to serve the dental needs of her community. She graduated from Florida International University in 2010 with her Bachelor’s degree and from New York University College of Dentistry in 2014. Dr. Petruk considers herself a lifelong learner and participates in extensive Continual Dental Education courses, including implant placement and restoration. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Broward County Dental Society.

Ana has grown to become Dr. Petruk’s left hand woman, quite literally! They met many years prior to the opening of Tarpon River Dental, and developed such a good working relationship, that it only seemed natural to continue to grow together. Ana is the master of keeping the doctor running on time and on schedule, ensuring your valuable time is not wasted in a waiting room.
Ana has been a dental assistant for years, with her favorite thing to assist in being oral surgery and extractions.

Best dental experience ever! Dr. Petruk and her team are wonderful. Very courteous, professional, and friendly environment. The office is beautifully decorated with calming colors. There are televisions in the exam rooms to keep the patients entertained. Impeccable exam rooms! I have also never had such a thorough and gentle exam before in my life! It’s clear that Dr. Petruk knows her stuff and takes great pride in her work. She is a truly lovely person. Tarpon River Dental is the absolute best dental office is South Florida! The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I have been seeing several different dentists over the years, trying to find one that is not all about the money. After visiting this office, there is no way I am going anywhere else. They actually bill your insurance with the correct codes and charge you the correct amount. Dr. Petruk is just the best! She actually cares about your oral health! she is very thorough from A-Z and gives the best oral hygiene advise. I get a lot of great comments on my smile, thanks to Dr. Petruk and her staff.
